R2: more fixes, updates and modules

The latest release of Andrew Macaulay’s Modules, which I am terming “Release 2”, includes another six modules, plus fixes and updates to existing modules.

A new Micro-Envelope VCA module, providing a simple AHDSR envelope driving a VCA in a small form factor, ideal if you want to control the multiple waveforms from an oscillator with individual envelopes.

A new Dual VCA and Inverter module, providing 2 simple voltage-controlled amplifiers (signal in, signal out, CV in) and a control voltage inverter in a small form factor module.

A new Matrix-Switch module (8×8) for the Switches and Mixers Collection providing simple on/off switching across 8 inputs to 8 outputs.

Two new meters in the General Utility Collection: Micro-Meters providing two dual input +/- VU-style meters (can be used for stereo in or general voltage) and Micro-Status with 8 LEDs to show +ve, +/- and triggers.

And a new manual 8-way off/on 5V CV switch module, Micro-Switch.

In addition, minor changes and fixes to many modules including moving to the digital style displays for the Tempo and Voltage Meters, clock BPM control for the Trigger-Delay module and more features around gate controls on the Pattern Ratcheter.

Custom help has now been fully implemented across the modules, as well as an enhanced set of tutorial presets.

All these changes and new modules are included for free for existing users, and the special introductory prices are still in place, at least for the coming few weeks.

Andrew Macaulay is an electronic music composer/player/producer and a developer of music software in the form of modules for Voltage Modular by Cherry Audio.

    1. I have now added a button that allows creation and download of a PDF of all of the help pages. This is available under the search in the sidebar on all of the help pages. As this always generates the file new, the download will be as up-to-date as the web pages are.
